An iD4me Find subscription gives you access to the iD4me Find portal, which allows you to download ten data files at a time. However, we offer wash and append, and marketing services where you can download more. Enquire here.
The DNCR and marketing email status is washed every 24 hours and the database is updated every 30 days, sometimes more frequently depending on the new data available.
The data in iD4me find all links back to a person. When you search an address, results may show current tenants, landlords, and previous tenants. You can use the 'last seen' filter to put these results in order. For more information, please book a time to speak with an expert.
