This product has been excellent so far. Easy to use and provides loads of good data.

Some 2025 phone numbers I call is not accurate. They say I don't live there anymore or the phone is disconnected.

The strike of finding current owners details is extremely low. I'm mainly getting tenant details

Solid piece of tech if used correctly.

They USED to be pretty good; but new updates have made the system clunky and difficult to use. They are putting roadblocks in place to protect from data scraping but at the cost of having a functional product. I may need to contact Ombudsman for refund of fees.

if you want the best in reverse search intelligence and data. then look no further than this business. Pay for it when you need it (monthly subscription) no free trial but they can show you the features through a demo (zoom call). take care now

My intention in subscribing to ID4Me was to access more accurate owner information for properties. However, I found that while the platform provides a wealth of property details, it does not necessarily offer precise ownership data. In that sense, it feels similar to other services, though it does provide more comprehensive property insights beyond just ownership information.

This is a legal way for scammers to obtain personal information and use it to obtain access to bank accounts! There should be a practice to screen potential users legitimacy.

I have been in this industry 9 years and I wish I had known about it before, it is gold!!!

This company is vile. I'm not a real estate agent, but I have found out that agencies have used this site to obtain personal information about me. When asked how the agency knew my name and number, they used the old ' you are on our database'....no, we were not! And even if we had done an open house inspection, we would not have provided an address being the vacant lot that the agency were ringing me about. How is this even legal??!!

Poor Service. Overpriced. Incorrect & False Data. Used this service for more than 6 months. Extremely Poor UI for a Saas service that charges $137 a month. A lot of data is just incorrect & missing. Do not recommend. And potentially breaching privacy & data laws.

Blocked my account after only a few hours of having access. Still waiting for a reply to get a refund.

I saw the positive reviews for this in Aus and wanted to give it a try. I’m in NZ and while I believe this could be very useful, it is not up to date and didn’t provide anything very useful. When it is updated for us I would like to try again. ID4me were responsive and helpful.

Was a bit skeptical of iD4me when I first started using it as I wasn’t getting leads right off the bat. As with anything, if you continue to work daily at making your call numbers, this software really does pay for itself over time. Staff are also extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to answering any questions or assisting with functionality.

The information provided not up to the date, and incorrect. We checked many houses, the owner’s detail you guys having only previous owner, even current owner owns the property for already 10 years, nothing has updated.

Works well, and lots of information provided.

The system is decent. However the promises by the team, and very poor customer service overshadow the product, in my own experience. The account management team hugely over promised on their capabilities. They did not deliver on those promises (at all). The best they could muster was 5% of records sent to them with 69% accuracy max. Then the excuses flowed. Their communication deserves 1 star as does their customer service. I gave 2 stars, as the system is very decent indeed and I would highly recommend. System deserves 3.5-4 stars.

iD4me is an accurate and fast service that offers the ability to search and obtain data necessary for real estate prospecting. This opportunity is unlike any other with the advanced potential use of the system. The only negatives are that you cannot copy and paste data, it has to be transferred manually and you cannot group withdrawn or for sale properties for prospecting, however, you can send the iD4me team information and they will collect and group the data for you! Fantastic service!

Since coming on board to ID4ME, I have been blown away with the product and it has secured me a listing today alone just from the information that I now have access to!

I am finding ID4me is not as good as it used to be. The copy & past function is fiddly. I think it needs to be more user-friendly.

iD4me is my favourite search option. Is it possible to have an option to search for name and email addy in one search option or name and DOB or mobile number and email addy in the same search to reduce the number of results? After you conduct a search you cannot use the back arrow to go back to your initial search and have to enter the search details in again.

I am glad I came across ID4Me Via Tom Panos. This was a game-changer for Aspire Agency Took out multiple subscriptions

So far so good, have only been using it for a couple of weeks. One gripe, can't alter name in search, need to re-enter as a full name again. A little too expensive ??

This product is the best one on the market for locating the impossible data. It is really important to have the training. Our trainer Peggy was outstanding. Really recommend this product. I use several subscription databases because they each have additional features and it's important to cross-reference information. I have used iD4me for over 3 years now and I like the fact that their data always has very recent updates, includes employer information, and now they cover New Zealand as well as Australia. I'm pleased they've introduced my last ten searches, and I'm looking forward to even more new features coming soon.
